It is quite obvious that the energy
with which you prepare your products is one-of-a-kind. Yes, the hydrosols
are wonderful, but equally wonderful are their energetic qualities.

to the world of dabney
rose Flower Waters. I have been
practicing the alchemy of distillation for over 20 years & have
been distilled myself to where I now
'encourage the flowers & herbs to release their finer spirit
from
the grosser.'
I harvest flowers from
my organic perfume garden or wildcraft them, being mindfull of their
diurnal cycles when their fragrance energies are highest.
Flower Waters are more
'energetic' than essential oils; this enables them to act much quicker
on our subtle energy bodies, bringing us back into alignment almost
instantly. They are 'alive' and potent elixirs that can aid us on
the way towards health and balance.
Like a fine wine,
Flower Waters are 'limited editions'. There will only be so much Rose
centifolia 2008. They will also vary from year to year, depending
largely on the weather conditions.

Butterfly Ginger Hydrosol...this
one is quite labor-intensive; from watering Every night they are
in bloom with soft rainwater, collecting the blossoms nightly
to grinding them into a salt paste in the mortar & pestle,
but I believe all this has enabled to me capture their delicate
fragrance; an intoxicating mix of honeysuckle & ginger!...Lovely.

Stonecrop + Quartz Crystal Cluster

My interest in this plant became piqued when I saw the Eminence
Skincare line using it; this powerhouse is the unassuming sedum!
that hits a home run for skin care. Sedums share Aloe Vera's inner
gel properties and the proof is in the bottle.Very bio-active...it
plumps up dehydrated cells and thereby firming the skin and the
extra moisture softens it to an end result of a Very smooth feel.
My hands down favorite for face & decolletage.
I could not pass up the fun in distilling this one with a 'crop'
of stones.

Camellia Flower Hydrosol...the
Camellia has been renowned in the Orient for centuries for its
cosmetic properties & now we are finding out why; it is a
light oil easily absorbed by the skin & rich in plant collagen;
improving skin's elasticity, contains a high ratio of EFA's, vit
E, anti-oxydants & who knows what they will discover next
year!
Has a delicate fragrance...I have chosen to include blossoms of
'Pink Perfection' (an heirloom from the 1700s) as its exquisiteness
continues to take my breath away; it is my hope that this attribute
finds it's way to your face!
